Hi all,

What is the best way for a novice adult webmaster to get started in the business? I've had years of experience with web design and development, but times have gotten a little lean in these parts and I think adult content might be a good way to bring in some much needed income.

Any tips for an eager newcomer? Thanks! icon_smile.gif

The adult business is all about marketing marketing maketing. Watch other people, read read read and find a way to put your own twist on things. Also adult web hosting tends to be a lot more money than regular hosting. Check out my site for good quality adult hosting without paying an arm and a legg. Let me know if there is any other questions about the adult business you have.

MzDuplicitous:

Number one, you'll have to have FRESH content for your sites: people are jaded to the same-ol' same-ol' now. 'Niche' is where it's at in 2003....whether it be some form of fetish content, or a new way to present your content.

Number Two, LuckyPimp is right about the hosting. I didn't check out his prices, but if you don't watch it, you'll pay way more than what you have to. But, whatever you do, get *paid* hosting. This biz is full of cheating freehosts that will redirect your traffic to 404 pages, etc. Get paid hosting to make sure this doesn't happen to the traffic you work so hard to get.

I'd be glad to help you out with any questions also.
